Warranty Policy

JoLuck Musical Instruments offers a one-year warranty on all JoLuck guitars, commencing from the original purchase date. This warranty applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser who has purchased the instrument brand new from an authorized JoLuck dealer. 

This warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to subsequent owners.

Proportion Guitars will only process warranty claims for instruments purchased from Proportion Guitars.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, and strings.

  2. Setup, adjustments, or routine maintenance.

  3. Damage to finishes, cracks, splitting, or warpage due to temperature or humidity changes, exposure to the sun, fire, moisture, perspiration, body salts, or acids.

  4. Rusting or corrosion of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to moisture, body salts, or acids of perspiration.

  5. Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument or case, including tuning machines, and case hardware.

  6. Damage due to normal usage, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or natural disasters.

  7. Instruments with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers.

  8. Instruments purchased from unauthorized dealers.
