We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your guitar, please review our policy below.
Return Window
Guitars may be returned within 3 days of receipt. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your guitar must:
- Be in excellent condition with no new damage, scratches, or wear
- Include all original items shipped with the guitar (case, accessories, documentation, etc.)
- Be securely packaged in the original packaging when possible
Restocking Fee
A $50 restocking fee applies to all guitar returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, your returned guitar will be thoroughly inspected. Any damage found or missing items will be deducted from your refund amount. Once the inspection is complete, your refund (minus the $50 restocking fee and any applicable deductions) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
